How to Install Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 in Windows Vista
Yesterday, I tried to install the new Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 in Windows Vista and I got stupid errors. The Dreamweaver installer refused to finish the installation. That proves the point that everybody knows - Vista sucks big time. After researching online for quite a whilte, I found that this solution works.
- open a console window (start - cmd - enter)
- Type: cd c:\windows\system32
- Type: regsvr32.exe -u jscript.dll
- There is a message error - ignore it and continue
- Type: regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
- Another error message - ignor this one too
- Close the console window and try the Adobe installer again
